Hey there! I'm Monica Delsi and since 2008, I have been dedicated to making dream weddings come to life. My passion for being a wedding planner stems from the joy and fulfillment that comes with creating unforgettable moments for couples on one of the most significant days of their lives. I often say that I didn't find event planning, it found me. And now 15+ years later I honestly can't imagine what my days would be like without my amazing couples and the community I've come to know and love.
A little about me
Being born and raised on the Central Coast is a true blessing. I've grown to appreciate this unique and quirky place I call home as the years have passed. Local wineries, family-owned restaurants, and small coastal towns provide a warmth and personal touch that makes every wedding feel unique and deeply personal.
Witnessing the happiness and love shared between couples and their families is incredibly rewarding. I love the creative process of turning their ideas and dreams into a beautifully executed event that says "This is what we love about being together".
I've also been able to put my love of music to good use in planning and executing local music festivals and concerts. The music has always been my favorite part of any wedding. Let's share Spotify lists and find some unique gems for your event!
When I'm not flexing my planning muscles you can probably find me still in the mix at a local event, concert or winery. I love dancing (spoiler: you might see me on your dance floor) to just about anything. Along with my husband, who is the ultimate dance partner, I always try to take advantage of the wonderful live music scene we have locally. I'm a dog mom, a human mom, and a lover of all things Italian.

When the weekend arrived, she took over smoothly and made everything easy. She managed setup, coordinated every vendor, kept the timeline tight, solved problems quietly, and oversaw teardown. Monica helped plan and execute my October wedding in the Santa Ynez Valley and we could have been happier with the entire experience. She was our wedding coordinator starting about 6-8 weeks ahead of the wedding, although she started working with us a few months out to make sure we selected vendors and contracts with the right details in mind. She understood our vision and the vibe we wanted for the day and TOTALLY delivered. She also did our flowers, and they were stunning. Monica ensured the wedding setup and day of schedule went off without a hitch. She worked so hard the day before and day of - especially on the tablescapes, which I had told her I cared a lot about. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone who needs wedding planning or wedding coordination.

Monica’s help and arranging at our wedding was invaluable . She’s very professional and also so easy to talk to about ideas and was full of suggestions that helped make it a beautiful and really smooth day. When I had an idea she figured out how it could be implemented, when I felt a little bit lost she was ready with helpful suggestions that took a lot of the pressure off. Her arrangements were beautiful, the whole event went so smoothly and made it so that we could focus on the specialness of the day trusting that Monica had a constant pulse on the logistics and timing.
