Since 2008, I have been dedicated to making dream weddings come to life. My passion for being a wedding planner stems from the joy and fulfillment that comes with creating unforgettable moments for couples on one of the most significant days of their lives. I often say that I didn't find event planning, it found me. And now 15+ years later I honestly can't imagine what my days would be like without my amazing couples and the community I've come to know and love.

A little about me

Being born and raised on the Central Coast is a true blessing. I've grown to appreciate this unique and quirky place I call home as the years have passed. Local wineries, family-owned restaurants, and small coastal towns provide a warmth and personal touch that makes every wedding feel unique and deeply personal.

Witnessing the happiness and love shared between couples and their families is incredibly rewarding. I love the creative process of turning their ideas and dreams into a beautifully executed event that says "This is what we love about being together".

I've also been able to put my love of music to good use in planning and executing local music festivals and concerts. The music has always been my favorite part of any wedding. Let's share Spotify lists and find some unique gems for your event!

When I'm not flexing my planning muscles you can probably find me still in the mix at a local event, concert or winery. I love dancing (spoiler: you might see me on your dance floor) to just about anything. Along with my husband, who is the ultimate dance partner, I always try to take advantage of the wonderful live music scene we have locally. I'm a dog mom, a human mom, and a lover of all things Italian.

Monica’s help and arranging at our wedding was invaluable . She’s very professional and also so easy to talk to about ideas and was full of suggestions that helped make it a beautiful and really smooth day. When I had an idea she figured out how it could be implemented, when I felt a little bit lost she was ready with helpful suggestions that took a lot of the pressure off. Her arrangements were beautiful, the whole event went so smoothly and made it so that we could focus on the specialness of the day trusting that Monica had a constant pulse on the logistics and timing. I originally met Monica as the wedding coordinator for a friend’s wedding I was a bridesmaid in. She was incredibly organized, time oriented, knowledgeable, and tuned in to the smallest details. I had just gotten engaged around that time, but my fiancé and I had not started looking at venues yet. We started looking at venues and picked out a gorgeous one in San Luis Obispo. We knew we were moving out of state soon, so the question came to mind, how do we coordinate and plan all of this while living out of state? I immediately remembered Monica from my friend’s wedding and reached out to her. She was incredibly enthusiastic about being our coordinator and helping us plan out while out of state. As a bride on a budget and being out of state, Monica completely put my mind at ease. She had an eye for design and knew exactly what I wanted. She helped keep us organized and on track with planning the wedding and had a solution for any issues we faced. Monica took all the stress out of wedding planning out of state and it was like she could read my mind. I cannot say enough wonderful things about her! She not only arranged our table decor/ place settings, but also did our flowers which were gorgeous. Her husband bartended our wedding which made it even more special! Monica helped us have the wedding of our dreams and then some. She not only was a coordinator but also is an amazing person and became a great friend. I cannot recommend her and her company enough and all brides getting married in the San Luis Obispo county should hire her!
